This new home, located in Cedar Key Wildlife Refuge, offers one level living with three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, eat-in area, laundry, and great room all on the main level and accessible by a single step from the garage entry or two steps at the front door. A large deck overlooks the lake and is accessed by patio doors from the great room and master bedroom.
The great room has a 55" HD TV equipped with DIRECTV service, a DVD player, and stereo with CD player. A wide collection of movies is available for your use. A dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen.

1-The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. A patio door leads onto the deck and offers views of the lake. Connects to a master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub.

Hallway bath includes tub/shower.

One-level house in which great room, eat-in area, and kitchen all have water views. Door to downstairs from the great room lead to the semi-finished lower level which includes game table, air hockey and ping pong tables.

The full, open, unfinished basement offers an ideal space for recreational activity and includes air hockey table, ping pong table, and dart board and leads out onto a shaded patio that runs the full length of the house where lounge chairs overlook the weaving path that leads down to the boathouse and dock.
The large boathouse and dock offer a covered dining and lounge area with a floating dock for sun and swimming in the deep, clear water. Boating speeds are restricted in this no-wake area allowing for safe swimming and canoeing. One canoe is available for renter’s use, if desired. Use is at renter’s own risk.
Items to bring: Linens (towels, sheets, pillow cases), trash bags, paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry).
